I moved here 8 months ago and I would wholeheartedly not recommend residing here. I am Legally Disabled and have Formally Filed several Complaints for Disability Discrimination/Harassment and Retaliation from Greystar Employee Markell Ysaguirre. As a Legally Disabled person living alone I am forced to utilize apps for grocery deliveries. The delivery service confirmed an imposter was permitted into the Building and to my Front Door by Greystar Employee Paul Heard creating a substantial emergency resident safety issue. During the most difficult time being Disabled I was forced to use transportation services for Legal Persons. When returning on the Bus from Medically Necessary appointments a Valet employee by the name of Jose forced the Bus Driver to pull forward away from the lobby doors forcing me to walk further despite the Bus Driver repeatedly stating and pleading that I have difficulty walking due to My Legal Disability. The accumulation of being forced to increase any unnecessary walking distances both at Jardine in the midst of nonstop Medical Appointments exasperated my pain and suffering quickly worsening injuries forcing me to have to be in a wheelchair delaying my recovery. I was also forced to retrieve packages from the Luxer Box and forced to push a bellboy cart while injured despite Jardine/Greystar Employees being fully aware of my Legal Disability. The Handicap option on the LUXER Box was never presented to me by Greystar Staff. This residence also utilizes CONSERVICE. According to my phone calls directly with LAWP and SoCalGas: Persons with Legal Disabilities Qualify for Discounts for both Utilities and Water as the Usage Increases with the utilization of Dr. Prescribed DME. I was also informed Water Usage also increases with more time at home due to the Legal Disability. YTD the Discounts Supported by Evidenced Documentation promised by Jardine in Writing by the phone conversation between CONSERVICE and Greystar Staff have not been Honored.

I payed the application deposit, which I was told was fully refundable if I changed my mind within 48 hours. Before that deadline, I canceled my application because I found another apartment to live in. After a month of my cancelation, I haven't received a refund of my application deposit. Terrible experience with Jardine in this regard.

My girlfriend and I recently moved in, and this is the nicest and most well kept building we have lived in. Amenities are great, they host fun events for residents, and the staff is very friendly. Would recommend Jardine to anyone.

If you're looking for your dream apartment in LA, this is the place for you. I'm the type of person that compares all of my options and does my due diligence before I make any decisions, let alone a decision as important as picking my new home. I toured all over LA and nothing compares to Jardine. I have been living here for over a month and could not be happier. The interior of the building and the amenities speak for themselves. If you come in for a tour, you'll see a beautifully decorated, clean, and serene building. There are plants everywhere, spectacular views of LA (you can see downtown, century city, the hills, and the Hollywood sign), a state of the art gym, and a heated rooftop pool. It doesn't have a corporate feel like so many other luxury buildings I have toured. The apartments are brand new with quality finishings and multiple layouts to pick from. There are security guards around the building at all times, and 24/7 valet for the residents and guests. As a young woman, it was important for me to feel safe coming home at night, and this building provides a sense of security and ease I couldn't find anywhere else. However, what really sold me and what has made my experience at Jardine so special are the people. I cannot say enough great things about Markwell, Louise, Juan and Precious, as well as everyone else in the building. They are excellent at creating a warm, friendly environment and going above and beyond for the residents with whatever they may need. They make the entire building feel like an extension of your home, fostering a strong sense of community within the residents in the building. To sum up, I love living here and you will too. Do it!!!
