Poor leasing management who were very unresponsive and slow during the application process. Eventually pulled my application due to frustration; can't imagine how the service would be when living there.

I called and spoke with the leasing agent and multiples times today. I was in town from the East Coast with a point to see this apartment. The leasing agent Jennifer scheduled me for 4pm, I got there early and the security guard didn’t know anything about even letting me into the garage. Waiting until 4:25 before leaving because she basically no call no showed me for a whole appointment that I made being in town from dc. If this is an indication about how the company runs it’s truly disappointing and unprofessional.

sound insulation is extremely bad, at least at my room. I can even hear my neighbor’s phong buzz, talking, walking around, closing the door, opening the window... Can’t sleep well here. Gonna move out when the lease ends....

Andrea is extremely rude and unprofessional. The leasing process for this community is beyond stressful. They never answer the phone and when they finally do, they are rude and in a rush to get you off the phone. I applied for an apartment and was approved. However when I submitted my documents Andrea said you're declined. When I asked why, I was told we have very strict policies and everyone must meet them. I still have no idea why... it took phone calls and emails to the corporate office just to get my deposit back because Onyx wouldn't reply to my emails or phone calls. I have never dealt with anyone so unprofessional before. Greystar communities typically have great customer service which I why I selected this community. The oddest thing is the unit I applied for (over 2 months ago) is still available on their website which to me shows Andrea is living there or possibly a family member of hers is. For a community that is leasing like crazy why isn't that specific unit being rented out?!?
