I cancelled my service 3 months ago yet they continue to bill me,next it wii be going to collection n then to my credit report,so glad I didn’t use autopay with them,they would still be taking my money. Spoken 3 times with them,they are clueless. They may be family owned but have clearly lost touch and control of the business. Never again,period

Every other week the recycling can is not emptied. Very discouraging. Guess I will have to change to a different comp.

I had my gray trash bin removed from the curb on trash day. I originally thought it was stolen and was asking neighbors if anyone caught something on their cameras. It turned out the mistake was on EDCO's end because their auditor reported me having 2 gray bins instead of 2 green (just got a free second bin based on the new food composting regulations in Lemon Grove). After calling to report a stolen bin I found out that EDCO took it. I was told my trash bin would be brought back the next day. A bin was brought back, but not my original bin. The replacement trash bin is a newer model that does not hold trash the same way, so doesn't hold as much. I'm not sure why they are allowed to function that way without proper communication before, during or after. I had to initiate a call. I am getting screwed over for their mistake. It is a terrible way of doing business.

Unfriendly and uncooperative disposal company. Choose at your own risk and avoid at all cost! Given the quality of work they do you'd be better of driving your own garbage to a landfill. After repeatedly trying to work with them they became unresponsive. After working with other disposal companies I realize their performance was not the norm and am much happier with my current disposal service.
