The most unprofessional leasing office staff. I called them on 08/15 to set up an appointment for 10 am on 8/16. I inquired about the unit i was looking for and the agent said its available and you can come take a look only to find out that the unit was not available anymore and shockingly it wasn't available on 8/15 either. I drove 90 mins in worst LA traffic during my work hours to figure all this out. Worst experience.

Don’t ever let them fool you if you sign a lease you are responsible if it doesn’t get leased by another tenant if you choose to leave for safety purposes , they reported that they evicted me when I actually did a walk through and handed the keys after Paying the move out fee of $3500. They will LIE on the emails and pretend to be your fav leasing agent to get bad reviews taken down. Well I’m writing a new one since I stated Angel helped me and was kind it was actually his manager emailing me pretending to be her employee . Again she stole my money she did not report my payment to move out, instead pocketed it and put me in debt. Be very careful they are not honest here.

This apartment has the worst parking situation of any apartment I've ever lived in or seen, and I've lived in many. You will likely get your car bumped and scraped multiple times a year because there is absolutely zero space to maneuver. If you have more than 1 car and if it's anything bigger than a tiny compact, you will suffer daily. You barely have space to open your door without hitting another car. It's truly a miserable experience for most people who own a car. Our car got hit by a neighbor's massive SUV, and the management was completely unhelpful in providing security camera footage to show the insurance company. The parking situation can be semi-improved by rearranging everyone's assigned parking spaces according to vehicle size, but nothing has been done about it. There are tiny compact cars that occupy multiple prime parking spots and there's massive trucks and SUVs assigned to the tightest spots.

I personally worked with Melanie on getting our place leased. She was so flexible and accommodating. It turned a stressful move into a smooth one. Very grateful to have found such a great place with helpful staff! Also, we have two dogs that have lots of room and great bathroom areas available. Not to mention the pool and beautiful landscaping!
