I love it here. This past weekend, the resident party was awesome, it was a pool party. Elizabeth in accounting was there and was so helpful/nice, since this was my first event she showed me the ropes, I was happy with how much they care for their residents. Laureen in leasing, moved me in, she was great too.

I moved in 3 months ago and my experience has been amazing. It’s my first apartment on my own so I had a lot of questions. Liz the accountant was super patient with me and answered all of my questions. The community is huge and has a lot of outdoor space, my dog loves it. Everything is well maintained, if you walk around the community you will run into cleaners.

Out of all the places and cities that I have lived in, BeDTLA has to be the best experience thus far! I have been living here for a little over a year now and so far I have zero complaints, which is rare to say when living in apartment complexes. This is all thanks to the maintenance manager Jesse and his team who always do exceptional work in keeping the property looking amazing and functional at all times! Teamwork really makes the dream work!

Great place to call home in DTLA! Really focused on tenets well-being and Ruby was great, she has an awesome attitude and she’s really helpful! We did the look and lease and was happy with how clean the apartment complex is, not to mention the amenities!!! I’m happy to call BE DTLA home :) thanks again Ruby for being awesome and guiding us to our new home, we couldn’t have done it without her!
