I think we all agree, 2020 was a year like no other for all of us. Team 717 has shown a great deal of empathy and compassion towards their residents throughout this pandemic shutdown. They have been working hard to ensure residents feel a sense of community when residents need it the most. Whether being greeted by the friendly concierge team in the AM or PM, placing a gift at the door of every resident during the holiday season (was a very nice touch) is just a reflection of the leadership team currently in place. In my opinion, this new leadership team is the cats meow, the star on the tree at the end of the day. It's the little things that matter that go along way with residents living in DTLA. Thank you for creating an enjoyable living experience at 717. And, for your efforts that encourage residents to engage in activities and events. One of the best, if not thee best places to reside in DTLA, full-stop!

I moved into 717 earlier this year. I visited many luxury high-rises before I decided on 717. There are many nice building's in DTLA but what really makes a building great is the employees behind the scenes working hard. From the moment I walked in the front door leasing agent Mariah For was exceptional!! She made the move in process very easy. Her attention to detail and follow up on what the residents needs are is incredible she is a pleasure to deal with. The first time I meet front desk man Eddie Rishwain he was so helpful with all my concerns. He always has a smile at the front desk and a great attitude. He really understands how to make the residents feel at home. All the front desk staff are great!! The valet parking staff and the maintenance staff are all excellent. The management is very lucky to have such a hard working staff. This is a great place to live!!!

I stayed here for 4 months on a short-term lease. This place is absolutely amazing! the facilities, the rooms, and basically every aspect of living! The property manager Brendan is very helpful and try his best to ensure that we have no issues at all. Concierge staff are also so helpful and polite and will get you the help you need. I really enjoyed my stay here, and if I were to return to LA again, I will definitely stay here again!

I've lived a few places downtown and this is by far the best. In price, location, and community, this is the best place downtown. They manager holds a lot of happy hours and events which are really nice to meet new people. They have a great entertainment area on the 8th floor including a grill and bar. The concierge are really nice and the valet is great too. Not to mention the amazing views that you get of downtown. The have window treatments as well that help when you don't want as much sunlight. You're well taken care of here and whenever there is an issue in the apartment is it quickly addressed. I definitely plan to live here for awhile. Of all the places I've lived in dtla this is the best. Highly recommend it
