A huge thank you to Carolina and Katherine for their absolutely above and beyond customer service. I called from Australia to arrange a surprise birthday gift for my sister who was staying as a guest. Both ladies were not only professional but kind, generous and went out of their way to make my sister's birthday special. If I could give them 100 stars I would! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

This looks like it was an old Embassy Suites converted into a Hilton. Everything is clean but a little too 90s looking. Water pressure is great if that is important to you. The pool is a bit windy and there is a lot of street noise. The convention areas are well equipped and their support staff impeccable -- especially their AV team.

Went to a conference at this hotel. Had a very pleasant stay overall. Staff was friendly, room was clean, food at the event was good. I would stay here again. There were cars drag racing during the night, which woke me up 2 times. Not the fault of the hotel, just the city. The pool was out of towels, so I had to share with a friend. I could have gone to the front desk and asked for one, but it wasn't worth the trouble. I do think that a double vodka is overprice at $24, but maybe that's just me.

Hotel was very fancy looking. I honestly looked out of place there and definitely was....I'm not financially stable as many of the other guests that were there but the staff treated me just the same as any other person. The room was average for how fancy the hotel looked out outside, in the lobby and in the halls. The food from the bar with really solid for the price. The breakfast buffet was so so, basic breakfast foods but the pancakes were pretty hard. Overall I'd stay there again

The pool is outdoors but it is southern california...meaning you have a pretty good chance of having 'pool weather' even in December. Its been in the 70's all week here in Orange County
