Positive: Staff is Amazing!!! Family Hotel for Sure.Hotel employees are doing an a great job tending to guest needs and keeping the property running. Negative: Undesirables come and roam the property, but staff does an amazing job staying on top of it. You can definitely feel safe here.

Really really run down. But also the room was not cleaned. Old coffee in the coffee maker, and the deadbolt was broken off. Holes in the walls , dirty walls, lamps and food left on the floor. and the shower was awful too. I was in town to visit with my dad who is in hospice. So very sad I spent my money here. I was in pain all day yesterday because of the broken old uncomfortable bed. The sheets were clean and the staff was very friendly.

HORRIBLE !! I have stayed at a Motel 6 that was better than this place. There was piles of trash everywhere, smoking rooms near non-smoking rooms, which was gross. There is no elevator & my 80 yr old mother who has had hip replacement & breathing issues had to climb 2 flights of stairs because they put us on the 2nd floor ! I told them about her condition & the guy did not offered any accommodating alternatives. Then they make a copy of my driver's license AND credit card WITHOUT telling me what they are doing. I asked why he made a copy and was told it was to be able to refund the $100 deposit, that they also do not tell you until you check in. Not noted on their website when reservations was made. When I questioned about why it wasn't on their website, the guy points to the sign on the window! Really??? Notification when you check in & I was too tired to fight with them. But at check-out, I demanded the photocopy back. The room was dirty and there was appears to be previous blood stains. I could not sleep & slept on top of the blankets, with clothes & jacket on. I did not want to stay any longer than we had to. Other people were complaining that they changed rooms 3 times due to broken TVs. It was really gross and I even complained to the two people at the desk and they didn't care.

Old fashioned etiquette. I like this place. The staff is second to none. Old school is the new school. Thank you Diana. Update: Diana and the staff always amazing. Professional, attentive, and above all safe. They honestly make me feel like I have a whole team. My sincere thanks! Update: I just can't stay away from this wonderful hotel. Fruitloops and bananas is one of my all time favorites. So is this place. Thanks to the entire crew.
