When I tell y’all that looks can be deceiving they can ! Me and my boyfriend stumbled upon the Cozy Inn yesterday and to be honest our expectations weren’t high. We figured it would be another travel lodge with the mediocre accommodations a low budget hotel has to offer , BUT we were so wrong ! When I tell you that this location IS SO WORTH YOUR MONEY ! And it’s budget friendly! The beds are SO comfy ! The water pressure is right the rooms are spacious and CLEAN ! The property is peaceful and quite , tons of cameras around for your safety a very nice clean pool . The staff and managers are so welcoming and helpful. Everything you would look for in a stay you can find it here. I will definitely be back😊!!

Recently, my wife Cherri went to the Costa Mesa/Huntington/Newport area to visit her aging mother. As the area where we live was experiencing extreme heat, I suggested she stay on a few more days. The lodging where she was originally staying was a bit too close to OC airport so she asked if I could find something a little quieter. While searching I came across the Cozy Inn. I gave her the location, pricing, etc. and I said I believed she would like it there. She said okay, book it. She was pleasantly surprised once she arrived. The size of the room, the comfort of the bed, and especially the attention given by the people there made her extremely grateful. Cherri told me she would highly recommend this little out-of-the-way lodging as a first rate choice for those looking for something comfortable and affordable. I know the next time we travel down that way we will try to book there first. Kudos to the folks at the Cozy Inn.

Older motel that was "clean" but not kept up. Clearly no one is spending any money to maintain this location. The shower was stained with old rust, ceiling light fixtures were old florescent tube lights, no complete holders for toilet paper so the rolls were just sitting on the counter, coffee maker without container and desk lights with spliced wires. I normally take a star off for any hotel that does not spend $5.00 to have usable outlets in the room but in this room lack of outlets was the least of it's problems. The microwave and fridge worked, the bed was comfortable and the room was about as clean as it could be.

This is a warning: stay away from this place. It had such great reviews previously, but something must have happened recently, as the place is now a dirt hole. Our room was literally not cleaned at all. Even some clothes from the previous guests were left in the room, so I guess the cleaning staff didn't spend much time in the room. Not to mention, there were hair everywhere, the bathroom was disgusting and the bed linen were dirty. The guy at the reception was kind, but we arrived kinda late and he left right after we checked-in, so we couldn't even complain. All in all we survived, but I would really not recommend to spend any time in these rooms, as it would be a real risk for your health.

They do although I can not remember the exact rate. But I do know they are very friendly and the rates were not that bad at all. They're super clean and very very well mannered to all of their visitors. We will definitely be returning.
