This was always my favorite Discont Tire to go to even after moving and it being over an hour from my house. I have shopped at this location since I was 17 and I'm 37 now. After today's experience I will never return. The manager Thomas has no customer service skills. And the sales person Justin lacked any interest in helping me. I am buying new tires for my wife's Jeep and I told him what I currently have and that I would like to know other options. His response was go online and look.

I love this Discount tire on south tryon st. Charlotte, North Carolina. The entire staff Integrity and characteristics are above and over the top. There is great management within this location as well. They listen to what you need and they go the extra mile to make sure customer's are satisfied. They also perform excellent service. Excellent location!😊

Called in and was able to get an appointment for end of the day the next day to replace my tires! Was having a frustrating afternoon but when I walked into this location, Matt and his team made me feel like they would take care of me and that is just what happened. I originally provided the incorrect tire size for my car and this was identified when they performed a preliminary inspection. They explained to me that the price they quoted me was slightly lower than the price of the service with the correct tire size and I explained that I only had the amount that was originally quoted. In the end I was able to get the best tires within my budget, including tire warranty! Hopefully I don't need to return with a tire issue soon, but if there is a need, I will be back!

It’s been long time I had a good experience with customer service lately, but the guys I met at this facility really are exceptional. It was nice to encounter some genuinely helpful dudes. 🥲 The service was timely, didn’t not need to spend the entire day; probably why they don’t have a television.
