Buying new tires is a breeze at Discount Tires. I ordered online and set appointment. They are super nice and efficient. Then when I went for my first rotation, I went early and they put everyone in line as they park, so there's no breaking in line and not knowing who is next as a dozen people are standing around. I was impressed. Price alone is worth it, then the outstanding customer service makes it even better.
