I bought 2 tires online and the walmart auto center on s tryon put them on August 4. Its August 26 2022 and there is a nail on the side of my tire that can't be repaired by any tire shop. I called the store they don't want to fix the tire. I called customer service and they tell me the store is supposed to fix the tire. Now I'm out of $100 and something dollars because Walmart doesn't want to replace the tire. Instead they want to Lecture me on why i didn't get the warranty and etc. There should be a 30 day warranty on the tires anyway, if someone declines to get the warranty.

Best experience that I have had so far ! Two of my car tires were flat and I did not have any other options to fix them. I went here and they took care of me, I got 4 brand new tires at a discounted price and the service was fast. They were all friendly and the customer service was spectacular!!! Thank you guys so much for the unexpected blessing seriously!

I have NEVER been so poorly treated at a Walmart before like I was here! I came in to ask if they had availability to change tires today. They said "no, it's by appointment only". I drove 25min to get here. I called back to back times through out this week trying to get in touch with someone so this wouldn't happen. While I am speaking to the lady about getting my tires their phone just continues to ring, she doesn't answer and she doesn't put them on hold. So don't call this place they don't care to take your call. 2nd while I am looking at my work schedule to tell they lady when I would like to set up an appointment an older man on a mobile buggy comes up behind me and rudely asks if I am in line. The Walmart employee supposedly helping me says, "no, she's not in line". So the man raises his voice and tells me to get out of his way so he can check out. While saying this he start reaching out me putting items on the counter. Again this is at the tire part of the shopping center, and hes putting down tall boys on the counter. Then he yells at the lady to check him out while I am still standing there trying to telling her what day I would like to schedule. I waited in line I never raised my voice or lost my temper I was very nice to this lady. After the guy walked up she completely ignored me. I decided to just walk away and call around to some other tire places NOT WALMART to get tires. I will be spending the same amount for 4 tires closer to my home and they were so much more polite to me and answered the phone. I will NEVER come to this Walmart again. For anything! Anything this Walmart sales I don't need because I should have never been treated like this! I work in customer service, and have for many years! So I am beyond baffled that this happend how it did. Take your money and time elsewhere. People have been waiting HOURS here to have simple things done. I called this other place they said 1 hour for 4 tires. I will go there. Thank you for the wasted time Walmart auto car care!
