My husband and I were referred to Jon at Carolina Reclaimed when we were ready to build a custom dining table and floating shelves for my husbands whiskey collection in our new home. We reached out well before move in with ideas and inspiration photos. Jon was helpful and knowledgeable about what would work best in our space based off our concept. Even when COVID-19 impacted our lives in a way we weren’t expecting he was happy to put our order on hold until we were ready and still fit us into his build schedule! Jon and I kept in touch during the entire process which took about 4 months (which was exactly as he estimated from the get-go). He sent me stain samples and happily made edits when I wasn’t 100% happy with the colors I saw. Install went very smoothly. After we finally got a date set due to unforeseen weather delays he arrived with all the necessary tools and equipment to complete the install. He even custom cut the shelving while at my home to make sure they fit perfectly. His talent and professionalism while being in our home and throughout the entire process will definitely have us coming back for more custom pieces in the future.
