Customer service is generally good but delivery times can suck. Lost 2 1/2 days of work last week waiting for delivery. We used to be able to pick them up ourselves.

The drawer front panel came off! We payed thousands of dollars ($10,000) for installation. They keep ignore our calls and when they do answer they give us excuse. Never use this company!!

I hardly ever leave bad reviews, but my mother spent 7k on cabinets and they started peeling, falling apart and I was also later informed that the installer broke a pipe and flooded the kitchen he brushed it off due to his wife and kids going on vacation after the job and didn’t want to stress them out. I called a total of 12 times so far and i’ve been sent in a loop whole never having my problem resolved!! Beware do not go here!! She paid the installer extra for the handles and to get the top part installed and he never even installed them all!! and when he did he damaged the paint and cabinets. The counter top also has a obvious gap that was installed uneven!!

Submitted Measurements and pictures 4 weeks ago. Followed up 3 weeks ago for a price. Heard nothing. Just called again today and nothing has been done.
