I purchased a stove from what seemed to be a upfront and honest man! I got the stove home (asked for delivery, he insisted I move it in my SUV) but the front burner didn’t turn down it stayed on high! The rear left burner would turn down sometimes, so u had to stand there and monitor EVERYTHING! I tried to bake a cake it took over an hour to bake one layer. The oven over cooked the outside but the inside wouldn’t cook. I would turn it on lower settings and nothing would change. Called about the repair to get it right and a lady (I never met) has a nasty attitude was very rude. I bring the stove inside bc I was told if the tech comes to me they would charge me (even with warranty)! I take it in gave the info of the issues and they said they would call when it was done…this was Thursday! I called Tuesday and they said yes it’s ready (never got a call). Get there and the originally nice salesman was RUDE! Told me there was nothing wrong with it, said it was my plug at home. Told me as long as the temp inside the oven read proper nothing else mattered bc it works! He turns on everything to show me it works then BOOM he sees the burner doesn’t turn down! He tried to give me a dirty stove said I told him I didn’t want mine (never said that, just told him to repair mine). He began to loud talk me, over talking me telling me that I didn’t know what I was talking about BUT I have been cooking on this stove he sold me!!! I left the stove that day got it two days later and guess what….NO CHANGE! I had to purchase a brand new stove and I’m out of $250! NEVER EVER WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PPL AGAIN!

I would say no because this store sells used appliances and not parts they may be able to tell you how to get the part.
