The staff was professional and nice. My pick-up and return went well. They gave me a truck that was on E. Of course, I did the inspection and took pictures of everything before I left the property. I drove 20 miles round trip and put $25 of gas in the truck before returning. The next day, I checked my E receipt and noticed I had been charged an additional $100+; $80 for gas, and $20+ for a mileage charge. I called and asked about the charge. They told me that the truck had a half tank when they released it to me and that I returned it on E. Besides, that mishap, I would use them again but will be sure to document everything before I leave the property.

Eric was extremely knowledgeable and was able to help us save money on moving a 2 bedroom house! I didn’t catch the name of the other lady on shift with him today around 11:30am on 07/25/22 but she was extremely helpful too! Glad we stopped in!

Bad business / charge me for something i didn’t ask for. talked to 2 reps told them both the same in person when getting the uhaul and still was charged now that i’m looking at my receipt. Returned uhaul before my time frame but couldn’t access online and still was charged. tried calling no answer now they charging me a overnight fee and i didn’t even have the truck overnight. I tried calling again and now i’m on hold for a hour for another customer service rep and not even sure if i’m getting my refund cause now the location closed smh 👎🏽
