Mr. George is AWESOME!!!! I capitalized that for a reason. Me and my honey had a long and gruesome day with the uhaul truck but Mr George came through and saved the day. We only had 7 hours for the rental but our latch for the back of the truck was stuck and left all of our belongings exposed to the weather which it started pouring by the way but I contacted Mr George and he told me exactly what to do. I did as directed and waited for roadside assistance to help with the truck. I was so concerned about going over the hours of rental and he told me that he'll take care of it... and guess what yall? HE DID!!!! They tried charging me $146 something dollars more for going over and Mr George saved the day. If you ever want to rent a uhaul, go to the North tryon location and ask for Mr. George he's the manager and he's a man of his word. Thanks again!!!

The worst U-Haul I have ever been too with rude employee. The women who works there is very rude and inefficient. I made a reservation through the website and came there to pick up and after wasting 30 minute of my time they said they don't have the equipment that I rented there AND Blame the website that is not being updated. No apology or trying to help us. I will never do any business with this location again.

Absolutely blown away with the customer service! The new manager jumped through hoops to get us what we needed. Even drove my husband to a nearby competing uhaul store because they had what we needed. From the ladies behind the counter to the guys in the back... everyone was a pleasure to work with. They are working hard to make this location the absolute best!!!
