Michael at Extra Space Storage in Charlotte was so helpful and easy to work with. I am out of state so everything had to be done via email or phone or text. He was so kind and pleasant. He got me the best price. The best was he was unbelievably kind and understanding of my millions of phone calls and questions. As I have never done this before and was so overwhelmed. Thank you Michael for making this experience so positive.

We tried to reserve units by the call center. Do not do that! Always use the local number at the storage facility you are planning to store your stuff with. After spending over an hour with an agent and receiving 16 emails and 16 texts, the reservations were not what the agent told me (dates weren’t right, units were not close together, we didn’t get senior discount, etc) Putting a call into local office met with much better service. We got things somewhat straightened out but again it took a lot of time and effort on my part to get a storage unit! Not very happy about that.
