Gave 1 star because I couldn't go lower! This was by far the worst experience I've had purchasing an appliance for delivery and installation. The salesman Emory was amazing, the delivery supervisor/dispatcher complete incomitance. Poor communication. Change times without notice! No apology! No accountability! No attempt to make it right. Will never purchase anything from this store ever again! UPDATE! I received a call from Thomas Cooke. He asked if he could come out and do the installation to make things right. He mad me his first appointment and got it taken care of in 30mins. Very professional and all I wanted from the beginning.
