Great place to rest your head, location great also being in between 2 parks. 3stars though due to the dog park that is 'half-a$$eds' landscaped & it has very creepy poor lighting. Most of the floor plans have lighting & ceiling fans that don't make really make sense. I've seen the security just once & have been here for 6mnths as well as the pest control. Spiders & their webs everywhere you walk. The entry gates do work now, but still have an opening that people can walk through in the grassy area, kinda defeats the purpose.

This is, by far, the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. They purposely overcharged our last months rent and held it without providing the legally required full and specific statement of money retained. I've had to ask for it twice now. I have yet to receive it. The staff here is horribly unresponsive. I've never had my concerns resolved without stopping in at the office and personally watching them complete the task. I had to request my intent to not renew form THREE TIMES. Going in person is itself difficult as the office is constantly closing early and they don't send out a notices or an update on hour changes. (To be fair, the first year we lived here this wasn't an issue, but since Haley has been gone, nothing is taken care of) Noise is a huge issue at this complex as the management staff never follows through on noise complaints. They claim to have quiet hours but we were constantly woken up in the middle of the night by our new neighbors. Nothing ever improved despite repeated complaints. We actually spent one night in a hotel to get away from it. Additionally, they held our packages for TWO MONTHS, despite the fact that I had stopped by and asked if we had packages at least 4 times. They only gave them to us after we moved out. As other posters have mentioned, the "security" gate is constantly broken, the hot tub was closed for months and people smoke on the property. The quality of the apartment is also poor. The counters are covered by some sort of contact paper over particle board. The caulking all needs to be redone. They paint over gouges in the wall instead of filling them in. Its not worth the rent they charge. Renter beware.

Would rate 0/5 if I could. So the poor experience started when we moved in. They rented out the apartment we were looking at, so we were given the only option left of the same floor plan, which is located close to the exterior where all the smokers go to smoke cigarettes and get high. We can’t leave our windows open because of it. Our apartment was newly renovated, fresh with a host of issues that never got fixed, like a messed up refrigerator, shower drain, and cabinet doors that don’t open or close right, and are poorly put together. It’s been over a year later, by the way. We have one neighbor here that allegedly caused a family to move because he almost ran one of them over with his car on purpose. They have people smoking in the complex, the parking is trash and poorly enforced. One of the office managers, Hayley I believe, is great. She’s probably the only good thing about this place. Can’t say the same about everyone else. They have pay online services that were down during Labor Day when rent was due and the office was closed, so we’ve now been informed we’ll have to pay a $100 fee on top of the already asinine rent (that is constantly going up) or we’ll get a “notice to evacuate” after three days, when it “goes to the lawyers.” We’ve always paid rent on time and been good neighbors, but they’d throw a family of 4 out over a $100 fee because their only system available to pay was down as they enjoyed a nice day off. Stay away from this place. I had a much better experience at Canyon Park on 112th, despite worse parking and higher prices.

I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about living here! It is so well kept and beautifully landscaped. I love that there is an off leash dog park for those rainy days when we can't make it to Bradley Lake Park which by the way is only steps away! Felecia Ward, one of the managers here, is so kind and friendly. The apartment itself is super well laid out. I never hear my neighbors either. I was very hesitant to move into an apartment, but the fact that these come with a garage made me willing to move right in know my car was tucked in at night. I love that there is a security gate and zero smoking anywhere inside the gates. Huge bonus! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment that wants to feel like they are living in a condo!
