we had been to several flooring stores and none were very helpful in pointing us in a direction or giving info on the various options. Hall's was the polar opposite of that. Dana was super in helping us pick out flooring & carpet and was great to work with. The install went great and on time. We had a water issue 24 hrs after the carpet was installed and Dana/Hall's recommended a great company to help get the carpet saved. Carpet Pros. Very helpful, and very quick, professional. They saved the carpet and the sub floor and also saved us a lot of $$ on total replacement. We don't do flooring replacement often, but if we ever need anything else we will certainly go back to Hall's flooring.

Sales representative in-store was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to carefully listen and suggest solutions. Purchase process could not have been easier, and the installation was done by an experienced team who were courteous and careful. We could not be happier with the end product.
