It turned out he didn't need to do as much as what he quoted so he took that off of my total and I was able to purchase preventative products instead. When he left everything was clean and tidy. There were responsive within an hour, fixed our broken toilet flange. This allowed us to not have to stop our new floors from being installed. Very professional and friendly sky. Highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance.

:kind people, poor service, 1000/hr rates + We had the unfortunate experience of using this franchisee of roto in the Sacramento. They just want to put bandaids on the issue until you have to get opinions from someone else. $13000 in services to install a cleanout and put a bandaid on my pipes by irrigating and rehabbing the corrosion. 1200 to snake and camera 4800 to install a cleanout 8800 to pressure wash the pipes Granted our pipes are old and gross. But never once did we get a quote to replace them when asked. And never once did they address the standing water and seeping water under the flooring after demanding we have someone out in 48 hours to inspect it. 5 days they left it untreated and just kept pushing financing and never tending to the issues. If you can wait for a second option do it. Never rely on roto. Getting to the job quicker doesn't always mean better. Many red flags here and as a new homeowner I learned my lesson. I hope you can learn from mine.
