Kay Jewelers has been a great place for me to find a ring. Heather who has helped me every time from picking the ring, showing my options and giving great information (walking thru all of the different aspects of jewelry from cut/clarity/color etc), to assisting with re-sizing has been an all-star! I bought a Bulova watch AND warranty in January from a Kays on the East Coast. By February it was no longer working. I'm in CA now so I took the watch to Kay Jewelers in Arden Mall for repair, BIG MISTAKE! I had a promissory date of March 6th . Here it is May 4th and I still DO NOT HAVE MY WATCH! I've been to the store 6 times and they always give me the run around. The Manager NEMO promises to call me with info and NEVER does. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place! The customer service is TRASH!

I was a very Happy camper when my ring was finally in!😍 Their diamonds are stunning! The staff could be a little more welcoming in the store. But the quality of jewelry will allow you to ignore their rudeness!
