High end jeweler that has been business a long time. Originally bought our wedding bands here over twenty years ago. Still same friendly and helpful staff.

If you have forgotten what true customer service is, visit Grebitus Jewelers. Ted Grebitus is genuine and one-of-kind. I had a stroke in March; my brain is still recovering, and often times, I don't understand basic things. I had my Rolex repaired and after I received it, I insisted that it wasn't keeping time - twice. Ted sat down with me and explained the reason why my watch was not keeping time. I called a 3rd time, again, stating it wasn't keeping time. Ted kindly insisted that I come back in and work directly with him, "no one else." He knew my watch working, yet he was willing to sit with me once again to discuss. My watch is fine! My left arm is somewhat paralyzed, and of course, it's not going to keep time - I just didn't get it. The kindness and sincerity he has shown me is quite touching and extremely rare. Ted has restored my faith in humanity and he has a customer for life! .

I love going to Grebitus & Sons for my jewelry. They have jewelry of exceptional quality and their service is superb. When I'm looking for something special for myself or as a gift, I can always find something.

Questions & Answers

How can you tell a fake watch

Bobby Britton | Sep 2, 2018

The best way to learn to recognize a fake watch is to become familiar with a real one. There will always be subtle visual differences, but there may be even more obvious tactile differences. A cheap fake will feel light and will not wind smoothly. A fake may not keep time as well. You should take a look inside if you can. It takes more work to fake the insides. There are some watches faked so well a jeweler can’t tell. Don’t buy these from any questionable source.
