Our experience was great! We've played the prison escape game. Our guide TJ was very helpful with any nessesary hints and guidance when stuck. Sadly there was a point in the game that an important piece was stuck and we were unable move on because of it. During the end of the game, we've tried to take the piece out with TJ, yet to no avail. We've enjoyed our time there, even though we were unable to move on

There is a screen with clues throughout the mission. Everything I've experienced is visually-based, except the opening explanations of what the mission itself is, but that would be ready enough to read as well.
They recommend ages 13 and up. They do allow younger players, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. An adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 14 and under. Also, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.
Each room can vary in price, and it also depends on the date & time.
