There is a screen with clues throughout the mission. Everything I've experienced is visually-based, except the opening explanations of what the mission itself is, but that would be ready enough to read as well.
Yes, the clues are definitely on a screen to be read. In my experience, I cant think of any reason that a deaf person would be at any disadvantage.
Yes, I believe that the clues are also posted on the TV in the room
