Emailed a question through their website, and they were super responsive and helpful. Took in my wife's ring to get appraised for insurance purposes. The staff there was very courteous, professional, and answered all my questions, even though I didn't buy the ring from them. The jeweler even gave me some tips on the insurance. Will definitely go back and do business with them!

Angelo is the BEST!!! He designed a custom engagement ring almost 4 years ago with my now husband and it is the ring of my dreams! When a small diamond fell out of the halo (a commom thing that happens especially with princess cut center stone) I gave him a call, and even though we no longer live in state, Angelo remembered us, fixed the ring and got it back to us safely and looking brand new! I cannot recommend him and his team enough!!! They are masters of their craft!

Such a great place! I had a full round of experience with Arden Jewelers; appraisal, resizing and cleaning, sold jewelry directly, and sold on consignment. They are passionate, friendly, sensitive, and personal. The space is warm, simple, and well organized. They have an amazing, yet not overwhelming, collection of antique and vintage jewelry, and can help you with anything! They also have modern collections, and lots of birthstone pieces for event gifts or what have you; you're guaranteed to find something, no matter your budget. If you're in the market, this should be your first stop.

Angelo and the team at Arden Jewelers were incredible. I bought my wife a nice Tiffany engagement ring but they didn’t have any wedding bands that matched the ring and that is what my wife wanted. I went to Angelo and asked for one of the more difficult asks, to match the Tiffany fishtail pavé setting and make it come together in the center so it would fit almost flush with the ring. Guess what, they did it!!! It is amazing and we love how much support they gave us throughout the whole process. We didn’t make it easy on them and it turned out exactly how she wanted it. Something to treasure for ever. Even though we don’t live in Sacramento we will always be coming back to Arden jewelers for our jewelry needs and maintenance. Thank you Angelo!!!

Good question. We have installed protective barriers at our desks and our employees self-screen for any symptoms. Our staff are all wearing masks and we encourage social distancing in our showroom. We also regularly wipe down all commonly touched surfaces throughout the day with disinfectant wipes. Hand sanitizer is available at several places in our showroom.
Hi Michele, thanks for reaching out. A natural alexandrite of that size would be an extremely rare gem. Your best bet is probably to first have the gem certified at a lab like GIA and then contact some of the larger auction houses (Sotheby's, Christie's, etc.) to see if they would be interested in helping you sell it. Hopefully that helps, and good luck with your gem. Thanks, Dominic Arden Jewelers
Thanks for reaching out. Yes, we can definitely help repair your pendant. Bring it by our shop anytime and we can let you know how much it will be.
Thanks for reaching out. Yes, we buy wedding sets. Feel free to bring it by our shop anytime we're open for a free value appraisal and consultation.
Hi Katie, we sure do! Feel free to stop by the shop and we can do a free value appraisal for you.
Thanks for asking. We buy some pearls as long as they are natural. If you aren't sure, feel free to stop by for a free evaluation. Our gemologists will let you know what you have and how much we would buy it for.
Good question. For diamonds the price will vary significantly based on the cut, color, clarity, etc. We offer a free value appraisal, so you can come in and we'll let you know how much we would pay for your diamond with no obligation or cost.
Thanks for reaching out to us. We would need to see them in person to let you know how much they are worth. That said, most of the pearls we see like that are generally dyed, freshwater pearls and have limited value. If you want to be sure though, feel free to stop by the shop anytime for a free value appraisal.
Hi Sheila, thanks for reaching out to us. That sounds like an interesting piece you have there. Without seeing it in person it's difficult to say how much it's worth. If you are able to bring it by the shop, we can do a free value appraisal. If not, feel free to send us an email with some pictures and any details you have, and we can try to give you a ballpark value.
We sure do! We have a full service repair shop on-site.
Hi Linda, feel free to bring it by our shop anytime. Meteorite can be tricky to identify, but our gemologists should be able to help.
