I would give this place zero stars if possible. I reserved a vehicle a week before pick up date only to learn on pick up day that they didn’t have a vehicle for me. I spent 2 hrs there waiting for them to locate a vehicle. Don’t ever rent from Hertz.

The service manager and team that were there on Friday, May 7th were very helpful and delightful to work with. Because of supply chain issues, the car I was looking to rent was not in stock, but they did everything they could to make sure that I was happy. I could not recommend that team more.

Branch Manager "Sarah" was so nice, so accommodating and patient with serving our needs for our son to rent a car while being very far from home and unexpectedly needing a car fast. We asked a ton of questions with multiple phone calls to her and she was so sweet every time. We ran into a few unexpected problems renting and she still went above and beyond to be helpful for us. She helped relieve a lot of the stress we were feeling. She knows her stuff and seems like a very experienced branch manager. Thank you "Sarah"! ❤️
