This hospital and it’s very competent staff saved my life on June 7, 2022. This review took a while to write because what words can adequately express the enormity of the gift they gave me. I came to the hospital for a procedure and went into an anaphylactic reaction to a medication - something totally unpredictable. My nurse, Christina K, Dr Crittenden, and the Rapid Response Team responded within SECONDS! Their quick response and the treatment they rendered were life saving for me and I will be forever grateful to all of them. Needless to say, Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center will always be where I prefer to go for any future medical needs.

My wife has been in emergency now since 9:30 am, it is now 10:30 pm. I have called the hospital 18 times and still have no idea what is going on with my wife. I'm worried sick about and can't even get a nurse to give me an update on her condition. This isn't the first time, it happens all the time. What kind of hospital is this. WORTHLESS DO YOUR JOB. NO WONDER YOU HAVE A 2.7 RATING. PATHETIC.

I had to go to the emergency room the other day for chest pain. I was really apprehensive because I just moved to the area and did not know a thing about this hospital. When I arrived they were very busy but the front reception was very pleasant and helpful. The director came out and was very good about keeping everyone in the ER updated and they appeared to be moving through and helping everyone very efficiently. I was relieved they got me in very quickly because I was very concerned about my chest pain. The nurse was very pleasant and efficient ordering the appropriate test. After receiving my results and finding out it was not my heart, Dr Campbell was amazing and came to my diagnosis while talking me through his thought process the whole way. . He was so caring and competent from the moment he introduced himself. I have had many experiences in emergency rooms over the years with family members and myself at very large high profile hospitals, and I have to say, Dr Campbell and the nurses (Tara) were the best I have had experienced. They were responsive to my needs and took the time to answer any questions making sure I left the ER with everything I needed to get well.

I experienced discrimination at this place of employment.. I am a black travel CNA who came to this facility on a contract from 2/15/22-3/31/22 however I received an email on 3/1/22 addressed to all travel CNAs which all happen to be black of a list of concerns. On 3/2/22 @7:00am I then went to my superiors at the Hospital to see exactly what was the report on me since the email was addressed to all the travel CNAs no one could tell me anything as they had no reports on me which was stated by the RN House Supervisor.. To make a long story short on 3/2/22 @9:30am I received an email from my recruiter stating my contract was terminated as well as the others.. All my patients adored me and was happy I was there caregiver I would always say you treat people how you want to be treated. I traveled from Texas and received horrible treatment by the staff , however the people of Oregon that I meet was great. But this Place for employment was horrible. If any patients see this that stayed here during the time on medical/surgical unit and you remember the travel CNAs from Texas chime in.. Not to mention the Providence staff were horrible to the residents and have dropped patients without documenting and or do not have the proper and or the amount of equipments needed on each hall if needed to prevent falls…

Just the name of the game in most ER's..... People are generally seen in order of their trauma and or severity of illness.
