There is a great deal of information that can be gathered, but as like every home is different as is every garden. There are many things that I would do different. For example if you have a 100 year old tree that weighs 200 tons, it becomes too difficult to move twenty feet to a "better" location. If the tree is thriving in the location it was originally planted, maybe that is the best place for it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our CSA membership. It was a fun opportunity to try so many new types of fruit. And the apple cider pressing!!!! Don’t even get me started. So delicious. We are looking forward to next year.

The Home Orchard Education Center is an awesome learning environment. This is a great place to get a hands on experience with taking care of plants and an orchard. Everyone is always friendly and questions are always answered. I have loved volunteering here.

Hello! We have two espaliered apple trees that are about five years old. They both appear to have crown gall disease along the trunks of both trees. Is there a remedy for this? Thank You! Judy

Can I take cutting in the fall from an orchard that is being demolished ? This orchard has Northern Spy and Macentoch trees that I would like to preserve by grafting

An apple I suspect is Twenty Ounce has insect damage, and is at 14 1/2 Brix already. If I try to keep these until your Fall Fruit Show to bring to the experts for ID, they will be rotten. What can I do? (from Spokane, and willing to journey.)
