Decent food, but the service is mind-warpingly bad. Strike one was mayo on a sub when I specifically asked for none. They delivered a new one. I’m annoyed, but I don’t think it’s the end of the world. Gave this location a second chance, and I waited two hours for my food to show up. Tried calling, but I was on hold so long I had to give up. Somehow, it arrived at like 10pm with no explanation as to why it was so late. Never had this experience with any other local restaurants. I sent in a survey indicating my problems. Guy gets back to me to say he’ll get back with me. Never heard back from him. Sent follow-up email that was also ignored. I understand there might be a staff shortage or something, but I’ve never had problems like this with any other local restaurant. The indifference to customer satisfaction is why I’ll never be back.

She explained they were short staffed and very busy. She was very professional and courteous and thanked us for "allowing her to make things right". We are most appreciative. Sandy Trimble

Five stars is a rare rating for me. Here's how they got them. I ordering person. Asked if I could use the online coupon and they worked it out for me. Then I waited out front for the order. When the order was ready, they walked it out to me. Good food with above and beyond service, is five stars everytime.

Currently the best pizza from a chain style franchise. Reminds me of a privately owned homemade joint. Great pizza! Courteous and attentive staff when eating in. Great job guys! Because of you I have a new favorite.
