I'm a CURRENT resident. I moved from NY into this apartment complex April of 2021 with ease. Since last summer my light bill has hit numbers from $205-$300. I explained to the staff that my AC unit is not working properly and pulling to much energy. I even called Greystone (the light company they use). Greystone explained LAST SUMMER that the AC needed to be maintenanced. It was NEVER fixed properly. FAST FORWARD TODAY June 2022 (SUMMER its 97-102 degree weather). My light bill is $530 and I have NO WORKING AC UNIT. They gave me a portable AC unit and I had one from our old apartment in NY. They're pulling so much power that my electricity bill is $530.( I have a 4 year old child so I have no choice but to keep my apartment cool for my child safety.)This only adds insult to injury as I previously had issues with my stove that they also would not come fix. The stove eventually caught on fire and resulted in a large apartment fire. My husband was trying to put it out with a fire extinguisher--it was so bad that he suffered 2nd degree burns. This apartment complex and management is wreckless in their inattention to their properties and to work orders requesting that faulty appliances be fixed. The people working in the office are unprofessional and do not return your phone calls. I've had to call corporate and was able to get in touch with the regional manager( Stephanie) who is very helpful but sadly I'm still in the same HOT situation. * I'll update this review once I get results with them *Update Aug 2nd I had a AC unit installed and working great so far. I was compensated for my light bill and inconvenience. Stephanie was a great help with getting my issue resolved. Very hands on. She kept me updated and informed. The property now has a NEW manager. Let's see how they do.

WORST WORST WORST WORSTTTTTT apt ever. Leasing office is beyond incompetent & lazy. The manager and assistant manager mostly. Schedule people for a tour YET send the maintenance man to do the tours. One was scrolling on her phone & the other one looked like she (Angela) had just came from taking a s#%+ in the bathroom and walked out without washing her hands. Disgusting. The way they stay in their feelings is very unprofessional—Everything isn’t personal sweethearts. But as always with any apt management it’s a rotating door —they will be out of jobs soon. They want you to jump through hoops for subpar units. So glad I decided to move into Arbor Place apts. they had better customer and the apartments are much much nicer! Do not move here unless you want a 24/7 headache. All they're doing is collecting the $150 application fees. They’ll deny you just to put the unit you applied for back on the market for a higher amount just to swindle you out of more money— so beware renters. Do yourself a favor & skip this place. Don’t say the reviews didn’t warn you.

I've been a resident since October of 2020. I had a friend who lived here previously and hadn't heard anything negative. My current and biggest issue is the parking, especially if you live in the 1000 & 2000 buildings. Trying to find a space anywhere near my building after 5p during the week and on weekends is next to impossible. The best way to obtain a decent parking spot is to run errands during the day and then NEVER leave for anything else. I have to constantly park in the 5000 & 6000 buildings. I sent an email to the property manager about two weeks ago, advising that I had just worked a twelve hour shift and couldn't find a parking spot anywhere near my building and this was quite frustrating, especially after working a long shift. I asked were there any plans in the very near future to have assigned parking. Well, as of today I am still waiting for a reply. Yes, the pool, the workout room and the grounds are all very nice, BUT they don't mean ANYTHING to me if I can't park within a REASONABLE distance from my front door.

The community is nice and quiet. Nice locations. Maintenance fix things on time . But dealing with the Rent office is a major headache. Justin is always sweet and helpful but waiting on Angela to return a call or approve anything is a problem it’s self . Great place to live but dealing with the rent office have lots of patience.
