I had very pleasant tour today with Donovan. Naturally I loved the Altitude building and rental units he showed me, but along with his professional and friendly service it's hard to walk away without getting the paperwork started. Thank you Donovan and thank you Altitude Atlanta.

I’ve never in my life wrote a review about an apartment complex before today. I scheduled a virtual tour because I’m looking to move in August and notice they have an availability for my expected move in date. I’ve received at least 5 emails and text reminders regarding my virtual tour on May 31st at 12pm. I’ve joined the zoom exactly at 12 and waited 10 minutes. I then called the office a total of 7 times before and after my scheduled appointment and received no response. The lack of professionalism is ridiculous. This was on the top of my list to move in but being that I can’t even get in contact with anyone as a prospect resident I highly doubt I would receive better service as a resident.

I should start by saying that this review is based entirely on my limited leasing experience. I had an appointment scheduled for me for May 7th at the 10:30am. I arrived at 10:32 due to a mishap with parking, and I was asked to wait while the leasing agent prepared some documents. I waited for 15 mins and then left. The entirety of the time I waited, three individuals played around in the leasing office which I assume was the reason for the delay in printing items. Ultimately, it just seems to be a lack of preparedness as the tour was arranged two weeks prior. I am currently looking for a new place to live due to the poor management of my current apartment, so it didn’t seem wise to tour this complex. At the very least, the current management started my tour on time. The amenities, from what I could see, looked very nice, but this didn’t seem to be the correct staff to meet my needs.

I love living at Altitude. Finally, they are working to make things better. The staff is very friendly and the manager is very approachable for when you have concerns. He tries his best to make you feel comfortable about any off putting situation and always says hello by name. I love my view and the location.
