I lived in amli about two years! My positive feedback is for the maintenance team. They are very prompt and helpful. Also the complex/location is ideal. The pool, club room, gym are welcoming and clean spaces and the location is pretty much walking distance. There were however many items of concern. The package room is consistently flooded with boxes. It's a scavenger hunt to find your packages and there is little to no organization in that room. A nightmare!!! There is one trash cute on each floor unless the chute is next to your apartment (which I'm sure is not ideal for anyone) please expect it to take about 5-10 minutes to take out trash. It is extremely challenging to have guest. There is a call box but the number doesn't work. You have To consistently go downstairs every time you have guest. The leasing office rarely answers emails. You need to send multiple follow up emails or go directly to the office to address any concerns. Security and resident discrimination!!! I noticed in the last year of residing in amli people of color are always getting penalized for having events in common spaces. A security guard kicked out this one guy and his family (no more than 10) because he reached resident occupancy (which is 2). Now that is accurate but for $2500 a month in rent, why would someone only invite 2 people for a family event?? People who are not of color, linger by the pool for hours making just as much noise and exceeded their occupancy but there is never any complaints!!! They will try to cover it up and make it seem like it's not about race because they have two black/African American women working at the front desk to "promote inclusiveness" but that's not the case. That was a very big issue for me and made me feel very uncomfortable in my last months of stay. Honestly I wish Amli nothing but the best but these issues need to be addressed expeditiously.

We lived in AMLI Buckhead for 2 years. We loved it there. There was never an issue (within the control of AMLI's staff and therefore, resolvable) that was not resolved in a very timely manner. The Leasing staff (Eric, Cody and Janeele (spelling?) we’re always happy to help with whatever problem/need that I may have had. Amanda and Meredith were equally efficient and always available to discuss resolutions and improvements that the residents may offer. Maintenance staff was an absolute dream! Courteous and quick to respond to my maintenance requests. In the spirit of full disclosure, there were some things that the staff could not resolve and were out of their control (i.e. loud, performance cars and motorcycles that rev their engines as they pass on Roxboro Rd.) and yes there were some issues pertaining the the fire system (which were a total PIA) but the issues were addressed and repaired/replaced in the quickest possible time. COVID-19 concerns were addressed and they did their very best to be cognizant of doing whatever they can to mitigate spreading the virus. I just can't say enough about my positive experience of living here. If you love dogs, this is the place for you! The Marie Sims Park was the dealmaker for us too! Such a nice place and meeting our fellow-dog parents! It made all the difference in the world to our topsy-turvy year!

We loved living at AMLI for the past couple of years. We moved in when they were brand new and you can tell the whole staff really cares about the place. The apartments are great, maintenance staff - great, the leasing staff - subpar customer service. …Thank you, Corey, for sharing your thoughts. We are sorry to hear that you felt our Leasing Office team had not met your expectations. We are aware that we recently had some trouble locating a package for you initially, and since you moved out several months ago, it was a little more difficult. Typically, we don't accept packages for former residents. Additionally, if a former resident's box does get checked into our package room, it is typically returned to the sender as soon as possible. Luckily in your case, we were able to locate it in the end.
