People jump gates and fences all the time to get into the building, try to tailgate you into the parking garage, massive pool parties by non-residents, car break ins, apartment break ins, etc etc. And, they have an app with a community feed, but if you post about how displeased you are with these issues, the delete your posts and say that the feed "isn't for complaining." But if you email them, you don't get a response, and if you call the office, they're dismissive. Fully planned on renewing my lease, but the issues here have become unacceptable, and I will be leaving as soon as it's up. Posting anonymously since my lease isn't up yet.

Overall my experience was okay, new management seems to be improving apartments admission process. The location is great, you will have access to one of the most trendy areas in atlanta at the cost frequent fire alarms and car break in while you are sleeping. Once you sign the lease of you need to get out for x reason have to pay 2 months in advance plus early termination fee. This apartment allow dogs which is a blessing and a course because some tenants failed to clean after their pets. Pool is great in summer and has a two gyms to workout 24/7 open. I enjoyed my apartment and the floor plan is great.

We visited Station R this past Saturday (4/2/22) and we had a very good experience. Jaquan was a great host. He had personality and a very happy, polite demeanor; unlike some of the other complexes we visited. He showed us around the complex which appeared to be clean, very fashionable & up to date. We loved the apartment we'd picked out. And we were very excited about the prospect of living there. However, when we got home, we began to weigh the pros & cons between Station R and another apartment complex. Well..... As always I looked up the reviews and they very quickly made the choice easy. Unfortunately, there were a lot of complaints about the fire alarms going off quite a bit. (They went back to 2017 or 2018) That makes a statement about management, don't cha think? There were other complaints as well. We would have chosen Station R, if it hadn't been for the amounts of complaints verses good comments. Just sayin'! :(

I found this place online via Apartments.com and loved the space as well as the pricing. I was excited to come in and tour and was very disappointed in Tara’s attitude and overall representation of the complex. She was not pleasant or friendly and cut me off mid sentence multiple times. When asked what’s being done about the fire alarm problem, she stated that “if people stopped smoking then the fire alarms wouldn’t go off so much”. She also stated that the reviews were just “a bunch of people writing negative things because they are mad” and that management is actively working to resolve issues but that they don’t have to update or communicate every step forward with residents. Her entire demeanor was just nasty and it’s disappointing because I’m sure she has turned many other customers away. Her energy even when she answers the phone is that she doesn’t want to be there and no one paying 2k+ in rent every month wants to deal with that.
