Staff is very unprofessional at times.they tell you that you will be paying a certain base but it changes.they change extra rent because they water bills are high.it’s no privacy maintenance go in your house and look through your stuff.these apartment are small in the inside good for one person to be in.like someone older.Artrena doesn’t communicate well with you and Kathy the landlord is wish washy.it’s a window air conditioning so it really be hot in summer and the heater is is unsafe and is a hazard when you have kids they can get burnt like my child did.maintenance half do they job Celling leaks and ac leaks on carpet that causes mold you pay for pest control but they don’t spray

I've lived here for over 2 years now. Had 1 maintenance issue that was taken care of promptly.THis is a great location. Convenient to Marta transportation, Downtown, Kroger, and a few great restaurants. If you like storytelling, the Wrens Nest is about a 2 minute drive.

False advertisement. Their apartments run higher than they have posted on rental websites and their own website. They are trying to get you in the door so they can change the price on you.
