don't waste your time or money! they are allowing people to apply knowing there don't have units available. On the website it show availability but when I spoke with leasing there taking peoples money putting them on a wait list till something comes ready whenever and they don't know well that what the lady old me, "it like 50 plus people waiting for this one unit that might be ready in April". Idk seem unprofessional and money hungry company!

Girlfriend has tried getting in contact with this place for our keys for our mailbox for multiple months and we have mail from family and packages we cannot get to. Wouldn’t be surprised if they eventually get thrown away by the mail services. Maintenance people also check off and close the requests even when they’re not complete or when they’re half done. There is plenty more to say but it’s too much.

This place is what you call the ghe-tto. The HOOD. Wish I knew this before I came. Place smells like trash EVERYDAY. And most importantly you will have to ask ppl to get out of your way EVERYDAY when trying to get to your door. Rates keep on changing. Last I remember was around $1350. 2bed/1 bath. It is better to visit the leasing office. They are helpful.

We have an extensive waitlist for our low income apartments currently. However, we do have some Tax Credit units available.
Depends on what area here you have so many options ranging from 850-1100 and do your research before you commit to a lease especially with private home owners
