I actually had a pleasant experience with this complex. The curve appeal isn’t the best, but I did notice a landscaping company was on site working. However, the office staff and the unit I was shown made me feel better. They are older apartments, so keep that in mind. They are large in size, in my opinion and reasonably priced. The only issue was the available move in date. Other than that Ms. Keer Seabrooks (may have spelled her name wrong), helped me significantly and was very professional. I must admit, to see the negative reviews on her is surprising. She has been the most professional leasing agent I’ve ever encountered! The manager was pleasant as well.

I'm happy someone answer the phone because none of the communities I called answered . So that was a plus! I met with the leasing agent Keir Seabrooks, after speaking with her she encouraged me to visit the community.She was pleasant and walked with us while we ate their valentines candy. We really need a town home but they only offered 2 bedroom townhomes! Ask for Keir . With my experience in property management for years she hit customer service on the head! The entire staff was cool and family oriented.

Keir Seabrooks was extremely helpful. She has a very warm and welcoming spirit which was great. Most people come off as dry and like you are bothering them but she greeted me with a smile. I was having a bad day but felt better after speaking with her.

I'm a long term resident. I have experience multiple property managers. Brittany the property manager and Keir the leasing agent have been amazing! My work orders are completed in a timely fashion. The community atmosphere has changed. I will like to say thank you Brittany, Keir and the maintenance team for always be available when needed and the pleasant experience.

Well I haven't been here long but we've had 1 MAJOR event happen,but up until then it's been pretty quiet outside the noisy kids.
Hidden Village is under new management the shooting in the neighborhood has gone down, they have gate up when you come in the front.

They are the worst apartments to live in I had mold I didn't have a stove or refrigerator they didn't clean the unit at all before I moved in carpet dirty my dish washer had dirty water and mold in it when I moved in I ask the rent office when is some one gone come and fix the problems she said she will see what she can do .but yet they wanted almost $900 for rent

Its not the best thats for sure...bad roaches..loud music..drugs..and thousands of loud kids...if u have the option to be somewhere else go there.
