Emergency requests take more than 3 days to be responded to and more than two weeks to get fixed, lower priority maintenance requests are ignored. The gate does not work for more than half a year every year. The tennis courts have not had lights for 3 years now. Minimal to no security, tailgating is too easy, no cameras work, the mailroom is a mess. I could go on and on and on. Can't get worse than this I believe.

My significant other and I visited this property for a walk-in tour, just looking to get an idea of what the units looked like and the leasing agent, Torrence, was AMAZING. He was well-informed, very courteous, a great conversationalist, and did a fantastic job explaining the various floor plans and amenities this complex has to offer and which he thought we’d like best. If you’re looking into leasing an apartment here, request a time with Torrence!!! 10/10

When I first moved here in September of 2021 - the property had been under poor management and was honestly a mess. However, they hired someone named Stephanie Roman and she has done WONDERS for the property and the residence. She goes above and beyond, stays late to handle issues, works with you to get things done. She has an amazing team working for her and I cant say enough great things about her. I recently wanted to transfer to a bigger unit, and on Good Friday, the entire office staff, even though extremely busy, stayed late and did all they could to help me fast track all of my paperwork. Stephanie and her team treated me like family, and I am so thankful for all they are doing. The location is great, the neighbors are all friendly, I've had zero safety related issues. I love living here and just re signed to stay another year!

I'm not yet a resident here but since day 1 management has been great help they are very polite and professional. I wanted to give an outstanding review on the attitude of Demetria!!! she has literally been the best I could ask for. She is very patient and does her job with pride, she was off yesterday when I emailed her and she still took it upon herself to reply to my email. I have literally no complaints about this complex. I've been in Atlanta for 5 days and every other apartment complex I went to the staff was horrible, had nasty attitudes and was not helpful at all. Demetria showed concern for our apartment hunting needs along with a great attitude. The apartment I viewed was beautiful along with the area. Even after reading the reviews I still look forward to moving here and getting my own experience with the community. Don't base your life off of other peoples opinions, make your own decisions and let god guide you through the rest "One mans trash is another mans treasure".
