Was able to move here quickly and had lots of help with finding the right apartment! Was able to get lots of natural lighting, a balcony, and it's spacious. Things are up to date and they've been attentive when we've had issues so far. It's in a good location too! Rachel was very helpful :)

I had Tori help me through the process of leasing an apartment at 1660 and she was SO helpful. Always responded quickly with any questions I had and made everything simple along the way. The property itself is beautiful, with a nice courtyard and pool. There’s also gated parking! Looking forward to 1660 :)

Just moved here and already having an experience I have not had other places. I moved long distance and with COVID had to do virtual tours and extra arrangements moving across states and Tori went above and beyond to find me the right unit in alignment with my needs and timeline. Moving in was super smooth and operations and logistics have been super communicative and helpful. Plus, when I accidentally dropped my keys down the trash chute on day 1, Kelly was super helpful in getting the lovely maintenance crew (who have also been great) to help me get them back, which was a lifesaver. Super excited to be living here!

I have been leaving at 1660 for a year and was thinking about not renewing my lease until Prince (maintenance worker) came on board. I have always had mediocre service when it comes to getting things within my apartment fixed, and would have to put in two to three tickets to get my problems fixed. Today is the first time I’ve felt like someone actually cared about my problems. I went to the leasing office and spoke to Angie in regards to my ongoing issues. She was empathetic and listened to my problems! She promised me that the problems will get fixed today, and she was right! Prince showed empathy, grace, and listened to every problem I was having. Within minutes he fixed all of my problems!! I feel confident about renewing my lease with this new team. Angie and Prince are truly God sent!
