The property and management team here are awesome! Very well organized and down to earth humans. Kudos and blessings to Ms. Stephanie Roman, a property manager here who thoroughly took sympathy toward a family circumstance I was deal with. I like the inside of my space, the outside is well kept, and the staff is organized from the top down. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

I’ve only lived here two months and I regret choosing this complex. Office staff has changed three times. Someone moved in above me and they’re incredibly loud. I’ve complained 3 times in the weeks since they moved in. Sounds like they’re gonna come thru the ceiling. No pool and they blame the city for that. No gym. I’ve asked multiple times and I’m always told it’ll be open in two weeks. My newest rent statement shows I’ve been charged 3 times for trash service, 2 times for water and 2 times for pest control but they refuse to adjust the amount due. Looked back at previous months statement and they did the same thing, I just didn’t catch it….so they’re overcharging residents. New appliances aren’t secure…my dishwasher doesn’t work half the time until I wiggle it around. Locks on doors are on the outside, not the inside. I could go on…

Community amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a renovated clubhouse and business center, laundry facilities, a playground, pool, tennis courts, and a fenced in off-leash dog park.
Select homes have washer and dryer hookups, but for those that don't, we have onsite Laundry Facilities.
Yes, 400 Winchester is pet-friendly. Cats and dogs are welcome with a 2 pets per apartment max and a few breed restrictions.
The household needs to make at least 3x the rental amount to qualify per our resident screening criteria.
