I like the renovation to the 1 bedrooms. The back splash in the kitchen is pretty. Also, the recessed lighting throughout kitchen and living room is nice. The bus stop is right in front of property.

The staff is very ratchet and rude. I called to ask if they had anything available and she was rude. She act like didn't want to tell when was a unit available. What a ghetto pig.

How many acres is it
They are not accepting any applications they are not letting anyone move in there having a problem with the city and the building code only people who live in there other people who was previously there and they Apartments have not been done like the other ones but the city came and stopped Roosevelt from building further he's a guy from Ukraine and I don't think he knows the proper way of doing things because I know for a fact the city came and stopped him but they are nice he is hooking it up real real good just don't know when he will be able to lease it's only in like 10 people live in whole apartment complex and that's because they was previously there and he clearly has no funds or no right to put them out
