Location is AMAZING! There has been an ongoing issue of the community’s gates NEVER working (which I have seen a spike in the crime in this community). Now, I know that crime is everywhere, but if the gates were working, or at least if there was on site security, the residents would be more safe bringing their belongings to their homes. There has been reporting of shootings, burglaries, vandalism, and even as I type this on this 2nd day of July, a neighbor’s car has been broken into (let me note this is not the first time that has happened). The pool is CONSTANTLY closed (with no updates via email, newsletter, or letters on our doors as to when we would be able to enjoy our amenity), but that doesn’t seem to stop the non-residents from neighboring communities walk through the broken gates, and jump the pool’s fence to take a dip! I’ve been a resident here for 4 years, the first two years were simply AMAZING, can’t say the same for these past 2 years! All of these concerns have been brought to the attention of the office staff multiple times, at one point I strongly felt like the residents of this community’s safety was a point of concern, I no longer have those same sentiments! But hey, location is AMAZING 😉

I have lived at this property going on 4 years now . The team in the front office is a elite group they all all take their roles seriously and work as a unit to tackle things any time I have ever had a issue or anything going on in our community. Tracey , Candyace and Wesley are exceptionally talented group and are always help and attentive. Thank you for all you do for us and making my apartment feel like a home . And making our neighborhood a community.

I lived at the Residence at CityCenter for 2 years from 2019 to 2021 and had a good experience overall. The pest control company that they hired only have waterd down chemicals. You will have to pay another pest control company that you found to come and do a 100% good job. And as long as someone is living over you, are under you, and has roaches. They're never going to stop coming. I lived in Apt. 609. 📞
