The pest control company that they hired only have waterd down chemicals. You will have to pay another pest control company that you found to come and do a 100% good job. And as long as someone is living over you, are under you, and has roaches. They're never going to stop coming. I lived in Apt. 609. 📞
I'm not sure about the pest fee but they do have a company that comes out if you need it. You just have to stay on them cause I think they only come out 2 days a week and that's Tues and Thurs I believe.
