WORSE APARTMENT COMPLEX FOR THE PRICE! Rent in Atl is overall expensive but this apartment is nasty! THEY HAVE ROACHES! In the apartments buildings and units! They dont clean wash rooms regularly, so sometimes it will smell like pee & have roaches crawling while you’re trying to wash clothes. They have unnecessary renovations (for example) The automatic lights installed in the bathroom will turn off by their self while your in the shower bc it doesn't sense motion. Maintenance people will bang on your doors & sometimes just walk in. The ceilings in some of the buildings have leakages. Also, If u stay on the far end, there’s only 1 trash bin so u have to hall a*s just to take your trash up the hill. People leave their trash anywhere. Overall disgusted and haven’t even been here a year. Rental office people are rude & very hard to get in touch with if you are applying to rent. Also they have a policy if you pay to hold an apartment they aren’t allowed to give it away, my apartment was rented out to someone else despite the hold I had on it on top of them being hard to get in touch with. Living here is absolutely NOT worth the price! Been here 7 months and absolutely ready to leave!

I have been living here for a couple years and the new team in the office are hands down THE BEST!! Ryan from maintenance helped me with my package 📦 on top of always coming to check up on all request. Robert in the office has also been a huge help in assisting me with various things such as my latest renewal. Thanks Renew Midtown -Happy Resident

I am pleased so far. From the beginning Robert ensured the leasing process was delivered professionally, smooth and with care. All my concerns are still addressed fully when speaking to any of the current office staff. Maintenance staff Greg and Ryan are very kind, helpful and not to mention skilled at their jobs and quick. All the issues in my apartment were fixed and followed up on by Ryan love the teamwork!

Been living here for two years and it has been a nightmare, new management isn’t any better. Will list problems below. 1. Our apartment flooded 3 inches and when they said they would come by they never did. We had to get a water damage professional out here to look at the damage and send a report to the office. They said they would come show us new units and never did left us stranded in a water damaged non livable state for three days. 2 they busted a whole in our wall 5 months ago to fix the water pressure in the shower, 3-4 different people came out to fix it and we just gave up and are having to live with it broken. There is still a hole in our wall, when we ask them about it they say “we’ll hire someone to fix it” it’s still not fixed. 3. BUGS EVERYWHERE! We had to get our own exterminator to come spray for bugs. 4. AC has been leaking for about 5 months. They have sent 5 different guys out here to fix it, still not fixed. They even closed tickets without even coming to look at it. When confronted with the problem they tell us “just don’t run your AC in 70 degree weather.” I feel like we pay a lot to live here and since it doesn’t affect them directly they don’t care. We were so nice and patient with them at first but after months of living in discomfort something needs to be done. 5. Noisy neighbors lived next to loud base music that quite literally shook our living room. Sent in many complaints to the office never did anything, until the neighbors moved. 6. Trash is everywhere, it’s thrown off balcony’s in the parking lot it’s disgusting. For your own sanity and health don’t move here.
