New to the area, looking for mental health services and booked an appointment with Taylor. Unfriendly staff, office smells terrible from the hospital next door and we left before we even had the appointment because Taylor was 15 minutes late with no sign of showing.

This agency has by and large been one of the most unorganized and unprofessional clinics I have had the displeasure of trying to arrange services with. As an active member and advocate of the behavioral health community I don’t know how this agency can insist that it’s committed to “putting the client first” when I have experienced nothing but hardships and challenges trying to get a hold of someone in the billing office to call me back since March. I have been attempting to reach them to discuss a charge I incurred for a tele-health session in January 2022. I have been attempting to explain to them not only where my tele-health services being covered by my EAP waiver, but they were also covered being covered by my insurance in observance of the pandemic. I have reported their inactivity and absence of communication to Better Business Bureau to ensure this does not negatively impact me. If you’re looking for exceptional services to help you manage your mental health needs, I would look elsewhere.

Poor management. Mistakes by the front desk and the customer has to pay for those mistakes. Contact line has not been updated properly. Majority of the employees were rude. Find someplace better that actually cares. But the lady who eventually took my payment over the phone, she was very nice.

The office staff is terrible. Beyond terrible. Everything you read in the other comments is 100% true. But the service from the "counselor" ZIRA was absolutely terrible. She was an aide at a recovery center for several years and I guess that's enough to be entrusted with people's mental health? Besides her absolute lack of professionalism (she literally said in our first visit "Imma curse because I'm real and I can. I can use them big fancy words if I have to at the right time and place.") She intentionally tried to make my anxiety worse (to make a "point?", attempted to convince me to change certain life choices, AND when I didn't have much to talk about in our third session GOT UPSET! This "counselor" threw her hands in the air, sighed, and said, "what is it you even want out of this session?" Utterly unacceptable. Any place who hires someone like this is either desperate or doesn't actually care for the well being of their patients. I've reported the clinic and Zira to the proper state officials. I wrote this review because I hope it stops someone else from coming here trying to find help to only be made worse. This entire company should be ashamed they call themselves "life solutions."

We have Associate Level providers offering 1 hour sessions for $65. There are 2 levels of private pay for our Independent Level providers. For those not currently accepting insurance, 1 hour sessions are $75. For those that are contracted with insurance plans, it is $120 for the first session and $90 for all thereafter. These rates are current as of 1/18/19 and will remain in effect until at least 1/1/20.
