I use this UPS store frequently and encounter every time (!) friendly, helpful and smiling people working there. I use this store when I need to take a few hundred pages if my latest novel is photocopied, for Amazon returns as well as for regular shipments. I use this UPS store regularly and have always encountered friendly, helpful employees with a smile on their faces. I go here when I need to photocopy another few hundred pages of my latest book, when I have returns for Amazon, or just for regular mail. Parking, especially on Saturdays or after five can be a bit crowded and thight. Always watch out for reckless drivers! Parking on Saturdays or after 5pm can be a bit crowded and quite narrow. Goods stolen, box retaped and thrown on front porch. Unwilling to cover replacement of items that were stolen. We have used UPS for years but no more. Extremely disappointed in their conflict resolution. We are not thief's, we are not trying to pull a fast one on UPS we just want them to do the right, ethical thing and reimburse our loss. Extremely disappointed in their "too bad, so sorry, but we can't help you" position. The genuine integrity of a business becomes apparent not when things go well but when they don't. This UPS store gets an "F".

Very busy place but VERY HELPFUL and are on top of their game. They could not do any better with the space they have and the amount of people that go in there. The parking is not so great but always works out. The owner are amazing and all the works are just the best. Thank you, so happy to have found this place.
