Bought a Fiat and not even 60 days later, both motors in windows had to be replaced. Called dealer and reminded them that when we test drove the car, we heard noise when putting windows up & down, rep said it was nothing. If you buy from these guys, take a mechanic with you before you sign anything. They could careless that I had to spend $1000 to replace both motors.

This dealership will try to do whatever it takes for you to give a 5star survey, after that there customer service is ASTROCIOUS!! Two days after purchasing my Jeep the check engine light appears. Seven days or so later I was able to pickup my vehicle without a valid explanation on why the check engine came on. Then the expected happen, the check engine light appears again. Service was okay with handling the situation but it’s not a good feeling when you purchase a brand new vehicle and it’s in the shop more days that you have actually driven it. But what gets me..the service department puts 75 miles or so on my vehicle and does not give me the same courtesy by replenishing my fuel as they expect me to do with there rental. When I mentioned this, all they could say is “Oh, I’m sorry” I regret purchasing from this dealership. I don’t like giving negative reviews but the overall experience with this dealership left me deeply disenchanted.

Very smooth process! The sales person and sales manager had all the paperwork ready and came in early to accommodate us!
