Robert is the worst salesperson I have ever met. Sold us a car there. Never again. He is not an honest man.

Update: I have now purchased my last 7 INFINITI's from here and won't go anywhere else looking back on my initial review from 7 years ago not much has changed every single purchase was easy and enjoyable! I saw a q60 online and emailed to the store. My email was answered back within 10 minutes and ALL of my questions were answered by the internet manager Chris Graham. Chris was able to provide all of the pricing beforehand he was upfront and honest and made it a pleasurable experience with no pressure whatsoever. The store was very nice and everyone else was friendly. I

If your are looking for an infinity look no further. Everyone here gives great service. You can tell the employees value their jobs and work. Speaks highly of how the organization is run.

Overall fair. Bought preowned qx30 didn't notice until a few days later paint had damage spots that had worn past the clear coat. Dealer could not apply ZAKTEK that they sold me due to this issue. I had to repaint the hood ($800) before I could use the (expensive) ZAKTEK the dealer sold me. My fault, should have not put so much trust in the dealership and inspected more closely, and asked better questions. TBH the damage areas looked like water spots until I discovered the true nature after the sale. Live and learn. Caveat Emptor, especially with car dealerships.

I had this happen on my 2014 q50. Prior to battery change, touch thr fob to the start button. It should revognize it. Then drive over and get a cr2032 battery. You tube has videos for nissan and infinity battery replacement for thr fob.
