First time shopping in a Sit and Sleep. My wife and I are doing a complete house renovation and need a new bed. We were greeted by Larry Giangrande. Larry got to know us and what we were looking for in a new bed. Larry had us try several mattresses, explaining the benefits of each type. We narrowed down to Infinity brand, full foam mattress. Several days later, my wife and I went back to the store to finalize a selection and take advantage of the 4th of July sale. Larry answered our questions and showed us bed frames and mattress covers. We were very pleased with the service and knowledge of Larry on making our selection and purchase. Delivery was scheduled to when we were able to move back into our newly renovated house. We are looking forward to our new bed and refreshing, good night's sleep. I will definitely shop at Sit and Sleep in the future.

Sherri Buckley at the Murrieta location was EXTREMELY helpful. There are so many beds in the store and it can get overwhelming. We’ve been to a few other mattress stores and seemed to have walked away confused and unsure each time. Right when we walked in, Sherri asked us some questions to help determine which would be the best mattress to recommend. She took us straight to a mattress that checked off all the boxes and then some! She then showed us a few others so that we could compare and make sure we were making the right decision. We had no intentions of buying a mattress that day, but decided to move forward because we knew we had found the one. Not only is she extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she was a ton of fun to shop with. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely be suggesting people go see her specifically if they are in the market for a new bed.

Bad customer service from sales rep and manager. I'm a very friendly person and I like to dress comfortable, but I did drive up in a luxury car, and I was wearing my designer sunglasses and designer handbag. They treated me like I was a nuisance and when I spoke to the manager Lori about it her response was "what do you want me to do about it?" and she only offered an insincere apology as I was leaving. I've been a customer for twenty years but apparently loyalty means nothing these days. Do not shop here. Go somewhere else. You can find the same or better mattresses at better prices. Go to the furniture shop down the street and talk to Jenny. She's wonderful and her products and prices are much more attractive! Edit: your store manager replied to my comment with a “cool” emoticon. Clearly they are taking this as a joke.

I recently bought a mattress from another retailer and was unhappy with my choice. I went in to Sit ' n Sleep for another opinion and was helped by Larry. He was so honest and told me that I had selected a good brand and likely just got a defective mattress. While comparing choices available at the 2 stores, I fell in love with one that the first store didn't carry. I went back and forth between stores and mattresses and Larry was so patient and friendly. The sales people at the other store were polite, but I didn't feel comfortable. I felt like they were getting impatient with me and like I was bothering them. I ended up buying the one I really liked from Larry and will be returning the other, whether or not my warranty application is approved. Thank you, Larry!

You will need special sheets if you are purchasing a very thick mattress with a thick pillow top. Sit’n Sleep offers a selection of high profile or deep pocket sheets that fit very well on these thicker mattresses. When selecting sheets, it is also important to keep in mind that your sheets are part of your sleep environment, therefore comfort, thickness and softness should be considered when making your sheet selection.
Mattresses come in five standard sizes. These are twin (39"x75"), twin XL (38” X 80”), full (54"x75"), queen (60"x80"), Eastern King (76"x80") and California King (72"x84"). NOTE: exact mattress sizes vary by manufacturer and by model. The dimensions given are only approximations.
Your new mattress should be rotated every week for the first few months and each month thereafter. This pattern will allow you to get the most even wear and extend the life of your mattress.
The box spring acts as the foundation of the bed. It provides support for the mattress by acting as a shock absorber. These two pieces were designed to compliment each other when working together as a set. Although there are several types of platform beds that do not use a box spring, pairing your new mattress with an old box spring is not recommended.

Yes it was sleep has warranties on everything we had a mattress in eight months is turn bad on one side they immediately replaced it no questions asked they stand by their word and it's the best mattress ever
